

Thank you Picture Me Photo booth for one memorable experience caught on funny camera! They have more than one package that are suitable for many different needs/wants. My husband and I are absolutely ecstatic that we decided to hire Picture Me Photo booth for our wedding! I suggest you do the same.

The quality of the pictures is high and there are several color filters to choose from including black and white and full color. Everyone I spoke with thanked us for getting the photo booth. She was so wonderful in ensuring that each group of guests' photos were adjusted right so that no one was cut out of any photos. She is patient and flexible and wants to make sure you are happy each and every step of the way. There were more than enough copies to go round.

Some people had so much fun they went in many times, and it was absolutely fine. When we looked at it, we had a blast seeing all the hilarious characters our guests became. We paid for the unlimited package so that guests could keep a copy, and we got one for us a copy was put in an awesome K & Company scrapbook that we get to keep and everyone signed. It's nothing person and I truly wish you the best wishes in a more efficient future. Sorry Erin for this honest review but I did mention to you my concerns and that fact I would be honest. They unfortunately were still cropped out too much. The good thing was that I was able to get the digital copies (after a whole lot of communication mishap again) and they were good quality. Also, 2) the quality of the printed pictures was not very good either which was upsetting. This was very disappointing because ALL of the group pictures were cropped out badly where my guests didn't come out right. The main disappointment that I had with PhotoFunBooth are two main things: 1) The photo booth was too forward so when you had more than two people in the booth, they did not fit in the picture. I decided I would have no confrontations on my wedding day so didn't say anything. I hired them for two hours with start time at 9:30pm and at 11:15pm since it had slowed down the attendant asked if I wanted to take last minute pictures because she was going to close up.

They arrived on time to set up which was great. The night of the event, everything looked good and their "props" were fun, clean and diverse. After pulling a few teeth, I was able to get everything finalized and paid for. So to be honest, Erin was not easy to coordinate and communicate with when it came to her accessibility. Then I thought to myself, "well maybe she works better with email" but every time I emailed to finalize something or get information her reply would be simple, "call me" but she would never answer her phone. I typically like to focus on the positive always but the phone interactions with Erin were awkward because we played phone tag WAY too much which was inefficient for me at a VERY busy time. In fact, some of our friends mentioned they were looking for one and Josh just said, "get the other Tucson company".

I am disappointed that I didn't have a better experience and wish that I was told about the noise control issue when I had picked the time.

I do love the photo book I got and you receive a flash drive that has all the pictures taken plus a website link of the same thing. The props were also set up haphazardly and it seemed like one of the two employees working (neither one was the one I had requested from the bridal fair) the booth were upset that they had to be outside in the cold - I received a compliant that they were not very friendly. I don't know if it was poor planning on my part or if the venue is to blame, but I wish the noise thing was brought up to me and it was unfortunate that the systems weren't working properly enough to cut into my time with the booth. I booked for two hours and got maybe an hour and a half after everything. We chose the inflatable booth and was encouraged to have it outside because of the noise, which ultimately led to it being shut down 15 minutes before my time was up because of noise control from the venue. The photo booth was experiencing technical difficulties, which cut into my total time allowed. The day of my wedding is what prompts me to give 3 stars. Jackie was great and easy to communicate with, handling our venue switch with ease. They were having a deal for booking at the bridal fair so I did it and requested the employee that was working at the bridal fair. E working their booth at the fair, and my MOH and I fell in love with them.
